Further to my earlier article on management fee/transfer fee and the type of management services to be rendered, append below is a very comprehensive list of management services issued by our Malaysian Custom Authorities who is also in charge of the service tax:

- Group manpower development and planning (at group planning centre)
(iii) Internal Audit
- Financial audit;
- Management audit;
- EDP audit; and
- Special investigations.
(iv) Management Information Systems
- Group management information services;
- Support in EDP System development and implementation;
- Office automation;
- Outsourcing-contract to do all the work on information system; and
- Facilities management-managing of computer department/staff.
(v) Productivity and Quality Improvements

(vi) Administrative/Secretarial
( Secretarial services cover services provided by company secretaries, accountants, lawyers, etc)
