Bursa has publicly reprimanded LFE Corp Bhd for breaching paragraphs 9.22(1) and 9.23 of the Listing Requirements(LR). LFE was required to ensure all its directors and relevant personnel attend a training programme in relation to compliance with the Listing Requirements,particularly on financial statements.
Bursa also public reprimanded eight LFE directors including managing director Lew Mew Choi and fined them a total of Rm468,000 for breach Paragraph 16.11(b) of the Listing Requirements for permitting either knowlingly or where they had reasonable means of obtaining such knowledge,the company to commit the aforesaid breaches
