Dutch Lady Vietnam has received a license to begin its US$40 million plan to expand production in the northern province of Ha Nam, according to a report by Vietnam News brief service. 

Dutch Lady Vietnam is a joint venture between Friesland Foods of the Netherlands, and Protrade of southern Binh Duong province 

The dairy company produces various brands, including Dutch Lady, Yomost, Completa and Friso 

The report said the company would initially invest $20 million into constructing a six-hectare milk factory in the provincial township of Phu Ly
