How Or When Can A Will Be Revoked?

Earlier article discussed what’s a will and the benefits of having such. In this article,we understand when a will can be revoked:-

  • The testator who wrote it converts into a Muslim( A Muslim can will away only one third of his or her estate)
  • Writing a new will would revoke the old will
  • A will is considered to be revoked when it is destroyed
  • When the testator marries,then the will is automatically revoked. The will remains valud if he or she had stated the name of his or her future spouse in the will.
