Earlier article discussed what’s a will and the benefits of having such. In this article, we understand when a will can be revoked:-
- The testator who wrote it converts into a Muslim( A Muslim can will away only one third of his or her estate)
- Writing a new will would revoke the old will
- A will is considered to be revoked when it is destroyed
- When the testator marries, then the will is automatically revoked. The will remains valud if he or she had stated the name of his or her future spouse in the will.
