Sometimes, we would like to explore with an initial discussion with Venture Capitalist. What then are the minimum information that you need to prepare? Of course, you already have a business plan it’s even better.
Otherwise, the following represent a sample for minimum information require for an initial decision by Venture Capitalists:
(a) Management Team
- Include the names of the management team, academic credentials, work experience and current or proposed role in Company.
(b) Product/Service Offerings
- What the company’s products/services are and include as much technical detail as possible.

Describe the following:
- Market size for your business
- Competitors-who and where are they?
- Barriers to entry
(d) Financials
- Your revenue model (ie, How do you propose to charge and bring in revenue?)
- Summary of historical and forecast financial results
