More Reits In The Pipeline
Published by slang October 30th, 2006 in REITThere is another new industrial Reit called Atrium Reit being approved by our Securities Commission. This Reit is targeted to be listed by Dec’06 and the assets proposed to be injected are three warehouses and a specially built office and factory complex worth a total of RM160mil. The properties with net lettable area of some 75,220 sq m are located in Shah Alam, Puchong and Rawang.However, what’s more interesting is that Malaysian Reit’s industry is still relatively new compared to countries like Australia
