For the last year 2006, reported by MIDA on the approved number of OHQs in Malaysia:
 

• from 19 in 2005 increased by 42% to 27 in 2006
• total paid up capital of Rm107.7 million
• from Rm181.4million increased by 65.8% to Rm300.7million of total annual business spending
• 4 OHQs involved upgrading from existing regional offices and two involved relocation of operations from Singapore and Japan to Malaysia
