( C ) Top Criteria when Selecting a Site:
- Labor: availability of skilled people, new skills
- Communication/infrastructure, telecommunications, transports, etc
- Proximity to customers
- Proximity to corporate/regional headquarters
- Office spaces: availability, cost, etc
- Labor costs
(D) Top five Success factors:
- Senior management commitment
- Finding the right people to lead and work in the unit
- Early successes (quick wins) to build momentum
- Clear communication of goals to all employees
- Emphasis on effectively managing the change
