The following checklist is for your own assessment:

1. Are you a strategic thinker?

2. Do you think you are business like and able to understand your company’s business well?

3. Are you a good negotiator whether in acquisitions and disposals and access to capital ?

4. Are you relentless in pursuit cost efficiency?

5. Are you able to build up good relationships with investors and bankers, suppliers and customers?

6. Are you able to articulate well so as convince and/ influence the Board of Directors?

7. Are you an active influencer of decisions?

8. Do you have the leadership and coaching abilities?

9. Do you keep yourself at the forefront of technical skills?

10. Are you able to increase the competitiveness of your company through IT management?
